In the last five years, restaurant delivery has grown 20%, and predictions show that the industry will hit $220 billion by 2023. Based on this indicator, restaurant delivery will dominate 40% of total restaurant sales by this time next year. The industry is just getting started with trends like an increase in third-party delivery companies, in-house restaurant delivery fleets, and even tech giants entering the market.
