Problem

A medical device manufacturer struggled to track and manage the complex relationships with their client hospitals/hospitals systems, which led to:

  • Inadequate visibility into hospital units, unit types, and bed counts, resulting in missed sales opportunities.
  • A lack of the data needed to make strategic decisions at the leadership level.

Solution

Fast Slow Motion helped create a solution that accurately tracks client relationships by:

  • Configuring a custom object called to track units/bed counts.
  • Configuring a Lightning component to track hospitals per parent account and display total bed count/total units.
  • Creating a custom quick action and screen flow to ensure accurate Opportunity creation, associate multiple hospitals under one Parent Account, and store related data.

Success

The solution created by Fast Slow Motion enabled the client to:

  • Eliminate the need for manual, error-prone processes.
  • Produce the data-driven insights needed to identify sales opportunities and make strategic decisions.
