Partner Relationship Representative (San Francisco, CA)

The Partner Relationship Representative (PRR) is a perfect opportunity for a candidate to join a fast-growing, dynamic, and successful team. About the role:

Our Partner Relationship Managers (PRMs) interface daily and directly with Salesforce Account Executives and Management to create and nurture our relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem. In this role, you will be an extension of the PRM Team. You’ll share the Fast Slow Motion story and identify ways that we are uniquely suited to help Salesforce AEs win more business and better serve their prospects and clients. The PRR position is a support role designed and geared toward building your knowledge, skills, experience, and relationships to propel your career path within our organization. You will have the opportunity to grow into an PRM, an Account Executive or another growth position within the FSM org.

Your goal as a PRR is to increase client referrals through the relationships you build at Salesforce. Having an interest or background in sales, software and/or Salesforce is imperative for success. In addition to the above-mentioned responsibilities, the PRR will host regular offsite events including:

  • Happy Hours
  • Team Dinners
  • Sporting Events
  • Concerts
  • Onsite Office Lunch & Learns

General responsibilities:

  • Identify and build relationships within the local Salesforce office
  • Add value to Salesforce by educating Salesforce Account Executives on best practices
  • Build and maintain accurate org chart data of Salesforce teams in the local office
  • Increase referrals from Salesforce
  • Help the sales team win Opportunities from the referrals from Salesforce Account Executives
  • Visit the local Salesforce office multiple times each week and host offsite events
  • Work with the FSM Marketing team to build and manage marketing initiatives to maintain brand awareness
  • Conduct Referral Surveys with Salesforce AEs
  • Become a Salesforce expert. Gain a grasp on how Salesforce operates, learn about their products, how they work with partners, etc.

Prospective skill sets and attributes:

  • Knowledge of sales and/or software industry
  • Knowledge of Salesforce products and services
  • Existing relationships with Salesforce Account Executives and Regional Managers
  • Bachelor’s degree level of education or similar experience
  • Experience interacting with seasoned sales professionals

How will I be supported?

The Fast Slow Motion team has created a 30/60/90-day onboarding program. This is a structured process that includes teaching, mentorship, and coaching while measuring your progress, growth and success.

Where is the role located?

It’s important for our PRR’s to be closely located to their assigned Salesforce Hub. You will have the flexibility to work from home up to three days per week while spending the other two days in the Salesforce office. Our employees have generous PTO and a flexible schedule.
