Implementation Specialist

An Implementation Specialist works closely with our team members to ensure our clients are successful. As Consultants in training, Implementation Specialists wear multiple hats and bring excellent business consulting, communication, and technical skill sets — translating client business needs into effective solutions as they build toward becoming trusted consultants.

AI doesn’t replace the expert consulting work we do; it makes our skilled people faster and frees them to focus on the hard problems.

General Responsibilities:

Work with consultants and senior consultants on a wide variety of projects.
Attend weekly project meetings.
Take detailed meeting notes as needed.
Attend internal debrief meetings immediately following each client call.
Complete delegated project action items.
Co-design and implement software solutions.
Communicate with project team members and clients as needed.
Attend daily team standup meetings to review the status of each project, discuss team workload, and collaborate on any complex problems.
Build complex software systems within the Salesforce and HubSpot platforms, using AI tools (primarily Claude) to accelerate configuration, generate and review solution designs, and document your work.
Build software solutions using many different technology stacks.
Apply AI to delivery and project-management workflows — meeting summaries, action-item tracking, status reporting, and client documentation.
Identify risks and issues in order to prevent “fires” before they occur.
Work with agile and other methodologies.
Help identify and implement process improvements in order to improve our current processes and avoid repeating the same mistakes, including finding new and better ways to apply AI to how we deliver.

Estimated Percentage of Time:

Salesforce and/or HubSpot builds: 70%
Client interaction (attending meetings in a supporting role): 20%
Project scoping: 10%

AI tooling now augments our build and project-management work, so Implementation Specialists spend more of their time on higher-value problem-solving and less on repetitive tasks.
