How Much Does Agent Hub Cost? HubSpot Credits and Breeze Pricing Explained
Updated October 2026
Agent Hub is included with qualifying HubSpot subscriptions. Your total cost depends on the subscription and seats required for the features you want, plus any HubSpot Credits you purchase for usage. Additional credits currently cost $0.01 USD each, but different agents consume different amounts for specific actions.
If you are researching Breeze pricing or trying to budget for Agent Hub, start with three questions:
- Does your subscription include the feature you want?
- How many credits will your planned workload consume?
- What happens when your account reaches its usage limit?
Those answers give you a more useful budget than a single “AI price” applied across every tool.
Does Agent Hub require a separate subscription?
HubSpot states that Agent Hub is included for Starter, Professional, and Enterprise customers. However, access to Agent Hub does not mean every agent or workflow is available on every plan.
Some HubSpot-built agents require Professional or Enterprise subscriptions, and Agent Hub’s agentic workflows also require Professional or Enterprise. Check the requirements for the individual feature you intend to use.
Before approving a budget, separate the costs into three categories:
| Cost category | What to check |
|---|---|
| Subscription and seats | Whether your current plan and user access meet the feature’s requirements. |
| Usage | The credit-consuming actions and expected monthly volume. |
| Implementation | The work needed to prepare data, configure the feature, train users, and maintain it. |
Implementation effort belongs in your business case even when a feature is already included in your software subscription.
How do HubSpot Credits work?
Credits reset monthly, and unused credits do not roll over. Included allowances vary by product and tier; they are not added together across subscriptions. HubSpot applies the highest eligible allowance. See the current included-credit table in HubSpot’s catalog.
HubSpot Credits support specific usage-based actions. Eligible users need a paid Core, Sales, Service, or Revenue Seat, or a Partner Seat; free and view-only users cannot use credits.
When planning your rollout, confirm the allowance shown in your account. Then account for other tools drawing from that same monthly balance.
How much does each agent use?
The following examples reflect HubSpot’s published rate sheet as reviewed in October 2026.
| Feature | Billable action | Credits |
|---|---|---|
| Customer Agent | Resolve one text-based conversation | 50 |
| Prospecting Agent | Recommend outreach for one lead | 100 |
| Data Agent | Generate a response to one prompt for one record | 10 |
| Custom agents — Beta | Use one action unit | 1 |
| Workflow AI | Execute one AI action | 10 |
These are action rates, rather than flat monthly agent prices. A custom-agent run can involve multiple action units.
Use the exact billable unit in your forecast. For example, “leads in our database” and “leads receiving an outreach recommendation” are different quantities.
Likewise, a Data Agent estimate should account for both prompts and records. Counting only how often someone opens the tool will not produce a useful forecast.
Check the official rate sheet before expanding usage.
How much do additional credits cost?
Additional credits currently cost $0.01 USD each. Capacity packs provide 1,000 additional monthly credits for $10 USD. Pay-as-you-go overages are billed in increments of 10 credits.
For an illustrative Customer Agent workload:
- 200 billable text resolutions × 50 credits = 10,000 credits.
- At the additional-credit rate, that usage has a $100 equivalent value.
That figure is not necessarily your additional invoice. Included credits, other account usage, and your billing configuration affect what you purchase.
A practical forecast should show both total credit demand and the portion expected to exceed your available allowance.
What happens when you run out of credits?
The answer depends on your billing settings:
- Included credits only: Usage-based features pause when the allowance is exhausted.
- Purchased capacity packs: Auto-upgrades are the default and can raise your monthly capacity for the remainder of the commitment term.
- Pay-as-you-go enabled: Excess usage is billed afterward, and the account returns to its original monthly limit at reset.
Pay-as-you-go requires purchasing additional credits first. Capacity packs generally can be downgraded or canceled only at the end of the commitment term.
Review these settings before expanding a pilot. A team expecting occasional overages may make a different choice from one expecting sustained growth in monthly demand.
Can you set spending limits?
HubSpot supports account-wide and feature-level monthly credit limits. Feature limits restrict usage; they do not reserve credits for a tool. Reaching a limit blocks further credit usage until it resets or is increased.
Open Account & Billing → HubSpot Credits to review the controls. Credit-setting changes may take effect next period if you have already used credits in the current period.
Our recommendation is to establish a budget owner before launch. That person should know when to increase capacity, when to investigate unusual consumption, and when to pause expansion.
What about Breeze Assistant and Agent Builder?
HubSpot includes built-in AI with Breeze Assistant in Core Seat access. Agent Builder, formerly Breeze Studio, is included in Starter, Professional, and Enterprise editions, while production custom-agent runs consume credits.
Avoid treating all HubSpot AI activity as one billing category. Assistance, custom-agent execution, and workflow AI actions can have different access and usage requirements.

How should you budget for an Agent Hub rollout?
We recommend starting with one clearly defined workload.
1. Choose the task
Identify the work you want to improve: resolving a category of support requests, researching target accounts, or preparing an internal handoff.

2. Estimate the billable volume
Build low, expected, and high-volume scenarios. Use actual historical workload where possible.
Document your assumptions so someone can explain why usage differs from the forecast.
3. Include the surrounding work
Budget time for data preparation, configuration, testing, training, and review.
An inexpensive run still creates work if someone must repeatedly correct its output.
4. Set controls before expanding
Confirm the allowance, billing mode, and limits. Assign responsibility for reviewing consumption and approving changes.
5. Measure useful results
Track outcomes alongside usage:
- Time saved after review and correction.
- Accuracy and consistency.
- Cost per acceptable result.
- Customer or employee experience.
- The business outcome the process supports.

Before you launch: Pricing checklist
- Confirm the required subscription and seats.
- Check your account’s included monthly credits.
- Identify each billable action.
- Forecast expected and high-volume usage.
- Account for other credit-consuming tools.
- Review auto-upgrade and pay-as-you-go settings.
- Set appropriate usage limits.
- Assign a budget owner.
- Define the results that justify continued spending.
