Pallet recyclers

Wood pallet recycling has grown in importance over the years, to the point that 95% of wooden pallets are now recycled instead of landfilled. Pallet recyclers, who often act as brokers for large industrial organizations that end up with large amounts of pallets to sell, are an important part of this ecosystem, and should benefit from the projected 5.6% CAGR in the pallets market over the next 10 years.

Solar manufacturers and installers

The incentives provided by the recently passed Inflation Reduction Act are predicted to drive massive growth in the solar industry within the next few years. 12 new solar manufacturing facilities have already been announced, which will eventually increase U.S. solar module manufacturing capacity by 300%. Demand for solar is predicted to increase 20-30% in 2023, presenting massive growth opportunities for solar installers, as well.


Warehousing and fulfillment has been a hot space for a while, and the trend should continue with nationwide vacancy rates in 2023 expected to continue to hover around 3-4% in the industrial and logistics sector. Though construction of warehouse facilities has started to slow, the continuing strength in e-commerce overall, as well as retailer stockpiling habits driven by supply chain issues and other woes, will continue to keep the warehouse industry humming.
